Santiago Trade School operates a specialized program designed to form young men in both the trades and Catholic values. Each semester, the school accepts a cohort of 15 students into its intensive two-year program. The curriculum combines rigorous hands-on training with spiritual and personal development. Students start with an orientation at the Santiago Retreat Center and progress through a structured path that includes worksite skills, ethical growth, and leadership in trade-specific projects. With a student-to-teacher ratio below 5:1, the program ensures personalized guidance and deep mentorship for each student.
